Can I have my own domain name?
Yup, when you sign up you must provide a domain name. We will register it for you. The $95/yr price includes the cost of the domain name.

How long does it take to set up my account?
In most cases your account will be set up within 24 hours. It takes up to 4 days for your new domain name to propogate itself around the earth. In the meantime, you can work on your site using its temporary address.

What forms of payment do you accept?
You can pay with your credit card or by online check via PayPal. In special cases, we will be able to bill you directly.

Will my package automatically renew after one year?
You will be sent an invoice via email 90 days before your package is scheduled to expire. Please be sure to renew early to prevent interruption of service.

What if i forget to renew?
Your domain name will expire. At that time anybody can register it. Unfortunately, we will not be able to get it back for you.

How can you make this so affordable?
We don't have a lot of overhead. Aside from making raisins, we don't do much else.

How did you get so smart?
We learned from our pet humans. Believe it or not, humans are actually quite intelligent critters.
